The Variant Crystal allows you to switch specific attributes on a Pokemon to a different form of that attribute. For example: Fins change style to mimic real-life fish and leaves on a Pokemon changing into a different species of plant.

The Variant Crystal can be used on: 
Fins
Leaf/Plant life
Fruit/ Mushrooms

Gives 4 extra EXP to a Pokemon.

Is used to give an eligible Pokemon their G-Max appearance on evolution!

Helps a Pokemon recover from poison.

A shard that when given to a pokemon, allows them to fuse with technology to become influenced.
