History:
Raiden was raised on the streets of Brookfell and fell into the wrong crowd, He had a hard time fitting in but scraped by making street food. After a traumatic event he decided to turn his life upside down and took a construction job in Wintervale, moving across the country was terrifying but getting out of Brookfell was worth the fear. On the side, he pursued his love of music, uploading covers and original songs to social media and for once in his life got lucky. Raiden went viral and with stable income, quickly got used to a cozy life he'd never had. The outbreak was initially a great business idea for him, getting fused with an electric rocker pokemon? Perfect! He paid for the nera to be delivered to his door and his agent stood by his decision. While Raiden doesn't regret the choice, he does agree he rushed into it without thinking and the outbreak, along with the fog, has him quite scared.
