History: Franz was born and grew up in Snowbelle City, for a time they were content to live their life in the winter land of Kalos and continue their family business until a close friend of them sought greater call of being a Pokemon trainer and convinced them to tag along. Despite loving their city and comfortable with where they are, Franz also was very much curious about what the world look like beyond the endless snow so they agreed. Bid fair well to their respective family, off their goes to explore the wider world.

While the journey was mostly without much trouble, issue had been building up, unrest growing and a rift between friend was growing wider without neither Franz or their friend willing to address until it was too late. On their journey around Reigns Rest, the Nera outbreak happen resulting both Franz and their friend was unintentionally infused with Neras with Gogoat and Pidgeotto DNA respectively as they were caught out by a surprise Blizzard.

Franz was surprised by the horns and grassy mane they grew soon after being infused but accept their new addition relatively well and soon become perma-fused while their friend could not accept the new wings and feather as a result of the Nera, so one final argument broke out on why Franz doesn't want to seek suppression tech (or trust any new tech) cause the two of them to go their separate way. Now Nak wander Reigns Rest, doing the odd jobs and battling trainers to get by until the place is right and they can settle back down again. Wintervale seem close enough to make their home right?
